Cookie Policy

This page describes storage and optional measurement on RelaxEnd. It works with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.RelaxEnd is a static site: there is no sign-in cookie and no session cookie.

Banner and settings

On a first visit you see a banner: Customize, Reject non-essential, or Accept all. Until you choose, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity do not load. “Cookie settings” in the footer reopens the same dialog so you can change your choice later. Preferences are stored in localStorage under a RelaxEnd consent key, not as an HTTP cookie.

Essential (always on)

Essential storage is your theme preference and your cookie consent choice in localStorage. These stay on your device so the site can respect dark/light mode and remember whether you already answered the banner. There is no account or session cookie.

Google Analytics (optional)

If you enable Analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 using measurement ID G-18XXXXXXXX. That tool may set cookies or similar identifiers according to Google’s own documentation. It is not initialized in the page head; it mounts only after consent. Turning Analytics off updates consent to denied and unmounts the tag.

Microsoft Clarity (optional)

If you enable Clarity, we load Microsoft Clarity (project ybzXXXXXXXX) after the page has loaded and the browser is idle. Clarity may record session interactions as described by Microsoft. Advertising storage is denied in our Clarity consent call. Revoking Clarity consent tells the SDK that analytics storage is denied.

How to change your mind

Use Cookie settings in the footer, or clear this site’s localStorage in your browser (you will see the banner again). Rejecting non-essential tools saves Analytics and Clarity as off.
